Hi,
I have a client who is using the Simple Shopping Cart and NextGen.
Can you tell me what is the trigger text similiar to eStore so she can make a store?
In eStore it’s [nggallery id=x template=wp-eStore]. Is there a similiar command for the Simple Cart?
Thanks, Pam
Hi Pamela,
This post should explain how to integrate the NextGen Gallery with the Simple Shopping Cart:

Let me know if you have any problems.
Cheers,
Ivy
Hi Ivy,
I tried that. She has the Simple PayPal Shopping Cart not eStore and that post discusses eStore only.
[nggallery = x] works fine, but when I try to add template = wp-eStore] I get errors like ther following next to each Add to Cart button…” class=”thickbox” rel=”set_5″ >
I want her to upgrade to eStore but it is a bit difficult when she can’t make this one work.
Perhaps Simple Shopping Cart doesn’t have the same function? If not, please let me know and I’ll get her to buy eStore so we can move on.
Thanks for your time. eStore is great!
Ciao, Pam
Hi Pamela, If you follow the instructions on that page then it will work for the simple shopping cart plugin. Yes, it uses the “template file developed for estore” but the same template file is used for the simple cart too.
