Lightbox Ultimate – Lightbox window is faded when displayed

Attempting to implement lightbox ultimate for a self-hosted mp4.

I have copy/pasted/modified the shortcode. Clicking the link, the lightbox window opens and the screen fades to blue, but the movie does not appear. It is also on a layer below the logo on my page, so it all looks very weird and something is obviously not functioning.

Flowplayer and HTML5 are enabled, though I’m not sure what Flowplayer is or why it is required. I have no idea if maybe it is a buffering/streaming issue. No idea how to troubleshoot this, but I can tell it’s going to take a lot of time and pulling hair out.

Hi, I think your theme is creating another layer over the lightbox window. I’m not sure why.

I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.

Update: Ok it’s the theme that is screwing everything up.

I don’t know why or how, or how to work around it, but I just switched to TwentyEleven and it mostly works. The lightbox still appears underneath the main navigation menu, but the functionality seems to be there.

Hi, we have updated the plugin. Please do the following:

1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).

2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:

https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s).

Let me know if you are having any issue with mp4 video display or TwentyEleven theme.
