I have installed WPAffiliate on my site. I went to test the signup page, and it let’s me fill out all the information, then does nothing when I hit ‘sign up’. Yes, I checked the Username availability first.

Here is the registration page: spiritualityfortoday.com/affiliate-portal/?wp_affiliate_view=signup

I’m new to all this and may have made a mistake in set up but have a program launching and need to fix it as soon as possible. I’ve checked the videos and documentation and can’t see where I missed anything.

It just did a test and the registration and login worked fine for me. Do you see an entry for “tipstest” in the “Manage Affiliates” menu?

Maybe you didn’t fill in one of the required fields when you were testing the registration. When you hit the register button, do you see any error on the page (scroll up to see if there is any error on any fields)?

Yes, it shows up on the dashboard. I tried again and on chrome it won’t process, but did try firefox and it worked. I’ve had some issues with chrome. Not sure how to resolve that!

Thanks for checking it for me. I appreciate the help.

I tried it in chrome and it worked fine for me. Do you have any caching that maybe causing the issue? Is your chrome version upto date?
