WP Affiliate Platform – New signup notification emails not being sent

Sorry if this topic has been covered elsewhere, I’ve been unable to find it. I have a new installation of WP Affiliates version 5.7.7. About ten affiliates have signed up, and none have received notification emails. I also have not received the administrator’s notifications. Have checked all my settings, all are set to send emails. Tried signing up at my custom URL and the traditional URL [http://coaching.bethbarany.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/affiliates/]

Email settings are: Fiction Coaching for Novelists <beth@bethbarany.com>

I set up this plugin on a different site successfully with all the same settings, and everything worked fine, so am stymied. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am pretty sure the email are being sent correctly by the plugin. However, the email is not arriving in the inbox of the affiliate.

Please enable debug option in the plugin by going to the settings. This will help us make sure that the plugin is indeed sending the email after a signup.
