I have purchased the Custom Form Builder add-on so I can create different registration pages for different levels. However, the form is not displayed even in the default registration page using the short code [wp_eMember_registration]. The documentation for this add-on is almost non-existent. What short code do I use to reference the custom form? How do I get the new fields to display?

    Thanks,

    Joe

It works with the EXISTING eMember shortcode (no new shortcode is needed for it). Remember, the registration page will only show the form for the correct level when it needs to.

It is important for you to read the following posts to understand how the plugin works and what to expect from the registration page:

Typical Member Registration Flow (Signup Scenarios)

If you just want to show a registration form for a specific level, then you can use the following option:

Also, remember that if you are using the “Free users must verify email” feature then you won’t get to see the registration form by going directly to the registration page. You need to complete the first step (which is to click on the link sent to the email) before you are presented with the main registration form.

Thanks for the reply. I’ll get back to this in a couple days and see what I can find.
