New affiliate sign up notification – include additional fields

Hi,

I’ve been trying to figure this out all day with no luck. It seems like it should be easier, but even after scouring the forum I can’t find an appropriate post.

I need to include additional registration details (beyond user name/affiliate ID, email, password) such as first name, address, etc. in the New affiliate sign up notification to the admin.

Is there a way to do this? Or an easier method than what I’m trying?

I have tried editing various files (register.php, register_view.php, wp_affiliate_platform1.php) and then including the field(s) in the Affiliate Signup Email Settings.

i.e.

Affiliate ID: {user_name}

Email: {email}

First Name: {firstname}

However, {firstname} does not display in the email.
