needing more technical help

I bought the shopping cart and I have it installed but I am finding that getting it all integrated is more than I have time to try and figure out. How can I find a reliable source to do the following for me;

get the shopping cart functional – products uploaded in the correct size for downloading

making sure the shopping cart is working w/ paypal

adding the pictures or items to the shopping cart

putting a squeeze page on and having a free downloadable product and getting that email name added to a list so that I can send out emails.

I found that every time I do something on my sidebar on my blog it messes up other items there like some of my links.

I want to do what I do best and it isn’t figuring out all of this stuff – some of you are so good at that.

How can I find somebody trustworthy to do this for me at a reasonable price.
