Lightbox Ultimate – upload video files larger than 8mb

Need to upload video files larger than the 8mb limit the the Media Upload

We are setting up our WordPress site and are using eMember, eStore, and Lightbox Ultimate. During our first test run with Lightbox our WordPress Media Upload would not take the 50mb MOV file stating that 8mb was the limit. How do we adjust this? More so, this is going to be a video-heavy website where some videos will be several gigabytes in size. Thank you.
