Need to be alble to add multiple buy now buttons

I am using both the WPemember plug in and the Wpestore plug in and have just installed the TablePress plug in as well. I need to be able to put multiple buy now or subscribe now buttons on the join us page. As I have two levels for my gold membership and two for my Platinum membership. But when I add the first one this ugly box shows up and I see Gold membership twice as well.

You can create as many buy buttons as you want by using the appropriate eStore shortcodes.
