WP eStore – Need Quantity of each Variation (Inventory control)

Our client sells clothing. Here is the scenario we need to figure out.

Product “A” comes in Red, and Red comes in 3 sizes, but there is a different quantity of each size. Eg: 5 Large, 3 Medium, 1 Small

Do we have to sell each size as a separate product for sale, or can we control the inventory of each product’s variation?
