Need help with mp3 functionality on iphone

I am using wordpress 3.3.1

and WP Lightbox – Library Settings v1.6.0

I am trying to make this auto start on the iphone so I checked the html 5 settings for the following:

Enable HTML5

Check this box if you want to use overlay display with HTML5

Autoplay

Check this box if you want to automatically start the videos on overlay

HTML Overlay Related Settings

Enabling this option will also Enable the prettyPhoto library (that library is also needed for this functionality)

Enable HTML Overlay

Check this box if you want to display HTML content in overlay

The problem is on the iphone when you touch the image to play the mp3 it pops up but it won’t auto play. The second time you touch it, it will autoplay.

Also the poster doesn’t show up.
