Need help integrating plugins on WordPress/Thesis site

I am hoping that someone may be able to help me or at least point me in the correct direction.

I need help integrating plugins on a existing WordPress website using the Thesis theme. The site is NOT a blog site. Pages are used instead of posts.

I would like for the site to be membership driven with shopping cart/payment capabilities. I would like to have an affiliate program and the ability to easily track and payout. The goal is to have everything seamlessly integrated and operating as automatically as possible so that I am tracking numbers rather than managing them.

Current plugins:

Thesis theme

Ozh’ Admin drop down menu

Thesis OpenHook

WishList Member (membership/subscriptions)

WP-Affiliate Platform (affiliate tracking/payout)

WP-eStore (shopping cart)

Following directions found on your site, my current webmaster has been unable to successfully integrate the current plugins so that the site runs free of complications. I am open to considering other plugin options.

I am hoping that you may be able to recommend someone who can help me get these plugins successfully integrated.

You seem to have all the necessary plugins to do what you are after. Which part is not working?
