Hi,
When people purchased a product with shipping option, we need to have separate report that separately for undelivered transactions and delivered transactions.
If the product delivered it then admin should go and update the product delivery report, then email notifications need to send to customers.
do we have that functionality in wp-estore plugin.
Please respond ASAP.

I think I’m having similar interests/concerns, if I’m understanding the above query.
(a) When we have a manual checkout, does that reflect in the inventory of a product (it’s a rarely chosen option, so I’ve honestly never checked) and
(b) is there a way, or are there plans to make a way, to mark a physical, manually shipped item as “has been shipped” and have that generate a confirmation to the buyer?
a) You can make it reflect in the inventory if you want to. Check the “Automatically Update Customer & Products Database” field in the manual gateway settings section of the plugin.
b) There is no way to mark as shipped in the plugin. Yes, we have plans for this but it is one of those bigger features so it won’t get implemented without a lot of thoughts:
