    It was my understanding that an mp4 video that was uploaded to my site could be viewed with the plugin. Is this not the case? I have tried the different shortcodes and settings, and still cannot get the video to play.

    What shortcodes have you tried, and what encoding are you using for the MP4?

    Have you a link to a test page, where you have tried anything?
