My client would like 2 offer free shipping but needs tax to be set for one state

My client would like to offer free shipping but needs tax to be set for only people in the state she lives in.

Can I use a free shipping option in the eStore plugin? Does it exist? Do I need to combine this option with paypal regional tax is that possible?

I am using WP eStore Settings v 7.1.1

Hi, eStore won’t charge any shipping unless you specify it for a particular product or in the general settings. The regional tax will apply based on the configuration in your PayPal account.
