I did a test purchase for a product I have and when I received the email this is what is included at the top of the message.
from The Kayley Grace Show (myemail address.com via gator—-.hostgator.com
to (buyersemail@gmail.com

How do I remove that from the email the buyer receives? That’s not meant to be at the top of the email to the buyer is it?
It appears that your hosting provider’s mail system added that information. It is added because the provider wants to prevent spammers from abusing its mail system.
Try unchecking the box under: WP eStore –> Settings –> General Settings –> Email Settings –> Use WordPress Mailing System
It might get rid of the unwanted information, no promises though.
