My blue background is gone on my affiliate page and affiliates want buyers' name

Hello,

On my affiliate page (I use the WP Affiliate plug in), I had a nice beautiful blue background, and now all I have is a white page that really looks unprofessional.

Is there an update or is there a bug in the system?

Also, my affiliates are asking why they don’t know WHO is buying through their link? Is there a setting I missed?

First of all, the plugin doesn’t automatically change things on a whim. It doesn’t have that ability

Please post a link to the page where you are having the issue so I can point out what you did wrong.

The affiliate plugin does not show the buyer details to the affiliate because of security reasons. Do you think your buyer wants their details to be given to someone that they don’t even know about? Remember, most of the times your buyers don’t even know that they are following an affiliate link. Does your privacy statement say that buyer details are also available to 3rd party affiliates?

It is a common practice to not reveal the buyer details to your affiliates.

Sorry for the late delay. I did not see your response.

Here is the affiliate page. It once looked just like the Tips and Tricks log in page with the blue background but now is just text on a white background, so it did just change. It was blue for about 1 week and then turned to black text on the white background. I did not change any settings.

Thats looks like the CSS is not rendering on that page at all. After I took a look at the HTML source of that page I only see one line that is including some CSS but the actual CSS for this page is not being included:

<link rel='stylesheet' href='http://www.blog.becomeabloggingmaniac.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-minify/min/?f=style.css&m=0' type='text/css' media='screen'/>

I am assuming this started happening after you installed the WP Minify plugin which is trying to combine all the CSS files. The affiliate area is different from your normal WP install so the minify plugin is not supposed to be there unless you changed some code and messed it up. Did you touch any code in the affiliate plugin?
