My Account Change Password *fields do not match

When a user goes to the account page to change the password. It shows a warning *fields do not match and therefore users can’t change the password.

What could be the issue please?

1. Have you personally and first hand observed this issue? The password and re-type password fields need to match. Did you test this functionality yourself with a test user account?

    

2. Does the issue depend upon what kind of characters are being used in the new password?

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes that’s how I found out it wasn’t working as I’m testing everything before it goes live.

I typed the passwords in exactly correct including capital letter and number. Is there any other characters passwords need?

Every time it says fields do not match.
