Mutually exclusive membership areas – not levels

There is a lot I haven’t tried yet but I’ve been reading your posts, watching the videos and any other instructions I can absorb.

I want to create different membership areas but not necessarily levels. In other words, a free area and different areas that come with the purchase of ebook A, another one with ebook B, etc.,

So, I may want to give access to the free area and any other combination of the other areas. The access would come with the purchase of the related ebook.

A customer might buy say ebook B and ebook F but not ebook A. I want to that customer to have access to the free area, ebook B area and ebook F areas (only) under one login.

Does this make sense? I could try another approach.

The different access levels need to be tied to different membership levels. Membership levels are how eMember identifies permission levels. Enable multiple memberships and hook your ebooks to the correct membership level. This way whenever someone purchase an ebook that person will have access to the content you specified in the membership level.
