Must PayPal pass control back to original site for WP-Affiliate to register sale

Hi, I need this workflow:

1. Install WP-Affiliate on Site-A and generate affiliate ID’s.

2. Buyer clicks on affiliate-link and lands on Site-A.

3. Sale happens via PayPal.

4. PayPal redirects the buyer to Site-B (NOT Site-A)

Can I use this workflow and still have wp-affiliate on Site-A track that sale, for commission purposes?

Which PayPal integration option will you be using? Option 1 or 2 (see reference documentation below)?
