I have the latest version of WordPress installed with Multisite enabled.
If I network activate eStore, is there a way to make it so that each of the separate stores share a shopping cart(but not anything else)?
Thank You.
The way plugins work in a multi site network activate is that each site will get a separate copy of the plugin so the products you configure in one site will only be available in that site. So basically each site will have it’s own store.
Er…little late in the day but how do I enable multi site functionality in eStore? Thanks.
There is nothing special that you have to do in eStore. Simply use the “Network activate” to activate the plugin on a WordPress multi site installation.
Hello,
I did “Network Activate” the plugin. The eStore Admin sections/links displayed properly to the Super Admin (network wide administrator) in any subsite, but it won’t show up to any user with Administrator privilege to a subsite only.
Please suggest.
When I (as subsite admin, not networkwide admin) directly access the URL http://subdomain.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_eStore_settings WordPress redirects me to http://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/?c=1
The roles and capabilities of WordPress multisite installation don’t seem to be working as it is described in the documentation here –

Anyway, you can adjust this easily. Please have a look at the following post which will explain –
