Hi,
I’ve had a few successful sales through the cart now and one sale through 2Checkout came in as 3 sales of the same item, even though it was one payment. This seems like a bug.
But also, is there a way now that I can go in and edit the sales figures as I’m planning on integrating Wp-Affiliate with the eStore and want to make payouts from here.
Thanks.

Lets find out what really is going on. Simply enable the debug option then do a transaction via 2Checkout and share the debug results which will reveal what is going on after a payment. This post explains more on how to enable debug:

May 6, 2011 at 3:22 pm #31866headmonkMemberIt seems to have just stopped being a problem. I did a test purchase and it came up okay as a single purchase.
Now, how do I go and reset these sales so that the duplicates aren’t showing? I’m still testing before I integrate with WP-Affiliate but I don’t want to be paying out for sales that didn’t happen.
thanks
May 6, 2011 at 3:58 pm #31867headmonkMemberHmm. It generated an extra sale a few minutes later. I forgot to turn on DEBUG. So I need to do that again.
May 26, 2011 at 3:37 pm #31868headmonkMemberOkay, so I’m still having this multiple sales issue from 2 Checkout. I have the log files which show success for everything only it does it 3 times in a row.
Can I send you the log via email?
thanks

I am pretty sure that this added condition will fix your current issue but as explained earlier… it usually happens if your server is failing to do the handshake properly when 2CO sends the notification. It does indicate a server setup issue which you might want to look into too.
June 8, 2011 at 4:18 pm #31870headmonkMemberI fixed this because I corrected the return URL from the other software package. This was not pointed out in your instructions so I missed it. It seems to be working now.
thanks!
June 8, 2011 at 4:40 pm #31871headmonkMemberOh, so is there a way to reset the total sales in the count now?
June 9, 2011 at 2:12 am #31872amin007ParticipantUse the reset options under the “Admin Functions” menu in the eStore plugin.
