    Hi,

I have a question regarding to protect my file downloads, I have a multiple membership site, and I show my products download links on membership pages, means that all product-pages have the download link into them (and emember protect that specific part/link to be available just for members) So my question is if these download links represent enough security for my products.

For your info, i tried to used the ‘eStore download button’ but the download button only for one specific product ID. How if one product ID have multiple download link from Amazon S3 from a different BUCKETS? But if i use the AS3TP URI in the membership pages, members will be able to see the actual download link

do you know if there is another option,

    I really appreciate your comments

“Enough security” depends on who your members are. If you are selling products to hackers, obviously nothing is “enough.” For most applications, the plugins do offer “enough.”

You are correct, download now buttons are for single files.

AS3TP URI do not limit you to a single bucket. You can have AS3TP URI that point to different buckets, as long as they all use the same AWS keys.

I don’t understand the last question completely. S3 files are accessed using expiring URL. It doesn’t matter if the user know the bucket/object URL, because they still need an unexpired URL signature.

thanks for the reply. I have another questions

    1. How to set the expiring URL for the AS3

    2. If i want to put the AS3 download link in the membership pages, do I need to set the ‘Grantee’ in the AS3’s Permission Section to ‘Everyone’

    Thanks
