Hello,
Ive purchased this plugin and so far works great but seen on the demo page that theres one option to preview/listen to a mp3 before your purchase and download it. How can I achieve this? Tried using the audip player plugin and putting the shortcode in the description of that product but this did not work. Also is there a way to remove thumbnails as its just a music page and dont need the thumbnails.

The shortcode you are using was not implemented correctly (it doesn’t use the proper WordPress shortcode API). There is a proper shortcode for embedding a mp3 file that we added in our extra shortcodes plugin and you can use that. Check the extra eStore shortcodes list from this page:
