I want to move my WP eStore from one wordpress site to another. I only want to move WP eStore not the entire wordpress site (which is being replaced).

The new home for my WP eStore is an existing wordpress site with a large event manager data base in place.

Is this possible and if so how do I go about it?

The best advice is to first export your product database, and then import it back into the other site.
