Is is a planned feature to have the shopping cart receive the “add to cart” instruction, without causing the full page to reload? Each time this happens, the page goes back to the top and the user needs to re-navigate down to where he was.
Also, it´s not necessarily clear to the user that “Item X has been added” to the cart.
– Is it a planned feature to have a left or right sidebar, which contains an expandable “Your Cart” clickable area, similar to the “Feedback” functionality often seen on many sites?
I believe the user experience needs to be better: more awareness that the shopping cart is there and receiving added items, as well as more easily accessible. Finally, no page reloads.
You posted this in the “Simple Shopping Cart” plugin section. However, the questions seem like they are for the WP eStore plugin. Could you please verify which plugin this question is for?
