    I am using better wordpress minify, javascript to footer, and force gzip plugins and they work great for most 90% of the javascript and css on my site.

    The only exceptions are all tips and tricks plugins and icomnow plugins.

    Is there a way that I can make all the tips and tricks plugins work properly with these plugins?

    Yes, I had to delete the Minify plugin for my site and disassembles wp-lightbox plugin stops working!
