when a buyer creates free account my administrator email get notification.
Free member purchases a physical product admin gets notification.
BUT when buyer purchases higher membership level product the admin is NOT getting email notice.
Also if buyer purchases physical product then membership upgrade at a later time. eStore only generates the membership upgrade email. No purchase overview email. Is there a way to include purchase details in the upgrade email?
The admin notification is sent when the member completes the registration. So for paid member you need to wait for the customer to click on the unique registration link sent to him and once he completes the registration the admin will get a notification.
If the membership upgrade is done using a separate payment button then the buyer and admin notification emails will be sent out unless you have the “Send Emails to Buyer After Purchase” option unchecked in eStore settings.
