I have gone through all the e-member settings, including the Membership Level / Manage Content Protection / Categories
I selected only the categories I want protected, however it’s protecting our CR Greatest Hits and all categories beginning with the word “hit” in front of it and even though none of these are selected they are protected from non-member access.
I don’t know how you can look into this with admin access. let me know.
Some of those posts have multiple categories assigned to them. Have you made sure that one of the other categories (assigned to that post) is not protected?
