We have successfully integrated Wp eMember with WP estore – the only part that is not working is the membership level. After the user confirms their registration and completes their profile; everything works great however – they do not have access because the membership level is NOT set. When it shows you are logged in, membership level, expires..etc…the membership level is blank.

We do not have free memberships. We only have 1 membership level so far. It’s set to expire when cancelled. The ‘reference’ is set correctly in the product.

All emails send out from everywhere correctly; we can ‘set’ the level by editing the member but isn’t that defeating the purpose of automation?

I am assuming we are missing a step.

    thanks

Our customer record shows that you did not purchase the eStore plugin that you are requesting support for. I have sent you an email to get more details of your purchase so we can rectify this situation.

the issue has been resolve with licensing; please answer the question. It’s quite important to have the member plugin synching with the store.

    Thanks!

Thank you. It turns out that you didn’t enter the “Membership Level ID” value correctly in eStore for your membership payment product.

You are suppose to use the membership Level ID in the “Reference Text” field (not the name of the level which is what you did).

Please edit eStore product and correct this mistake then try again.

For better understanding of how to configure a membership payment product in eStore, watch the video tutorial here:
