members only site for free digital downloads

Done a quick search but due to the rather bespoke functionality required, I couldn’t find much, so was after a bit of help

I’ve purchased both the eMember and eStore. In the end, the store needs to be made available to members only, but for now, I’m looking into setting up the shop. Basically it is a digital download only shop with pics, vids, other assets etc, where users can add as many downloads to the cart as they want. Then they can bulk download for free i.e bypass paypal. Membership is manually supplied to select people. This is what I want ideally.

Can this be done? If so, what would be the best way to implement this?

I can see how to add a free download to a squeeze page, but ideally I’d like to keep the cart functionality. Or will some compromises need to be made?

Any ideas?

Thanks for that. It looks like it is just a list of downloads. How about if I want to utilise the cart functionality? So users can add several downloads to the cart. It will bypass the payment page and user details page, and immediately return a way fo bulk downloading the items in the cart. Is this possible?

I’ve used the eMember plugin to restrict access to the entire site for all non-members. I just need a way of implementing the free bulk download cart now. Any advice appreciated

Simply instruct your customer to use the Manual checkout. You can check the “Send Product Download Links in the Email” field in Manual checkout settings and the plugin will send them the links after they checkout.
