I have the site all set up but have now hit a stumbling block.

I am trying to sell stoves with shipping of £39.95, if the customer purchases flue liner with a stove this should be shipped FOC but if flue is ordered on its own I need to charge £19.99.

There are other items I need to add which will incur a smaller charge for delivery but if ordered at the same time as a stove it will be FOC, hope you can understand what I am trying to achieve.

This is just a suggestion.

Option 1

make your base shipping cost: 19.99. Set the shipping of the stove to 19.96. Don’t charge shipping with the other smaller stuff as they will be covered in the base cost

Now when someone purchases the stove and or anything with it the shipping cost will be 39.95. When someone only purchases the flue liner the base cons will be charged making the shipping 19.99.

Option 2

Make different buttons for each complex product combination. So for example have a button for each of the following:

a) Stove only

b) Stove + flue liner

c) flue liner only

etc

Since they are different buttons you can configure them the way you want it without having to worry about their stacking price (if someone wants to buy ‘a’ and ‘c’ then they should buy ‘b’)
