Maximum coupon redemption limit reached!

I am getting complaints from customers that they are getting this error message when they try to apply a coupon:

“Maximum coupon redemption limit reached!”

I have the maximum set to “0” to represent infinity, but it seems eStore is having difficulty counting.

I can’t find anything else to configure that I might have set wrong, that seems at all related to this… can you offer any guidance?

Please set it to a high number for now. 9999 will do (I am sure you won’t have any issue changing the number once you have sold 9999 copies of your product

I encountered this issue when it was set to infinity. I changed it to 999 (still in testing mode, so I’ve probably used it under 20 times so far) yet the warning still came up.

Should I create a new coupon and try again?

Yeah please delete the coupon and create a new one.
