Many problems after installation

Hello.

After installing your Plugin it looked good and I was satisfied for the moment. Now there are a couple of thinks which I really don’t understand.

1. No Download-Files are listed on the Afterbuy page. There is just an empty field after a free purchase. Haven’t tried with the pay option via Paypal yet. I have checked all videos and tutorials. Have done it like you described to make links showing up.

2. Download-Files in the E-Mail were not working with Automatic URL Conversion Preference in default mode (absolute). It starts downloading but just 5,2Kb – then stops. Use mp2s, docs and zips. All are in a specific folder in my wordpress folder. Gave directions in the option panel. Changed to “relative” and the downloads work.

3. E-Mail Content shows the tags like {product_link} or {product_details} but not the expected information. Just in the footer of the Email the download link appears.

Changed configs of my server (Strato) and tried different options. Still not working.

First of all if you are using the manual gateway then you need to know that it is handled differently because with a manual gateway you don’t actually get the fund from the customer so the plugin can’t give out the products. Check the manual payment gateway settings section and read the help text for every field there and you will see that there are options to override the default behavior.

Try it with PayPal like it is done in the video tutorial.
