Manual Stamping ignores "Start Stamping From Page" in v4.0.4

I don’t want my cover page stamped, so I have “Start Stamping From Page” set to 2. When I use Manual Stamping, PDF Stamper still stamps my cover page. Is the “Start Stamping From Page” option being ignored during Manual Stamping?

The new PDF stamper patch introduced an issue with the “start page” settings. Please download a new build from here and check it out:
