Manual reduction of affiliate commission

Hi there

My client is using WP Affiliate, and is selling both digital downloads and shipped cd’s. Originally, these were created as one product, with variations to cover the digital vs shipped. But, we couldn’t have differing commissions for digital (50%) vs shipped (30%), which wasn’t what he wanted. So, we duplicated all existing digital downloads, and made CD versions with their own commission %.

Before the change, though, someone bought a CD and got the 50% commission, when it should really have been 30%.

What my client would like to be able to do is to manually decrease that affiliate’s commission before payout – to the correct percentage. Is that possible, or is it locked when the sale goes through?

You can’t change the commission amount as it is locked but there is something else you can do to correct the issue.

1. Go to the “Sale/Comm Data” menu

2. Write down the details of the commission row that you want to change.

3. Delete this row

4. Add a new one manually from this page using the details you captured in step 2. Just remember to use the updated commission amount this time.

I have a duplicated commissions Unique Transaction ID problem

How can I remove or delete it altogether?

I’ve tried clicking on the delete Entry but no result.
