manual payment process – problem

Hello I has a problem with the manual payment manner.

I would like to permit only the manual payment manner, besides, the customer on an underside is diverted, after he has operated the purchase badge.

Now something should be where the customer his names, email address and thus can deposit, so that he can receive automated e-mail with the referral dates.

Unfortunately, I do not find such a thing. What must I hire with it the customer his mail with the referral dates sent gets?

If grief acts to me because of the manner of writing, but I come from Germany and no English speaks.
