Manual payment options on wp-emember

It is possible to setup other payment options (cheque or bank transfer) on emember?

Yeah, you can let them create a free membership first. Then request them to send you the bank check or wire transfer the money to your account. Once you receive the money, simply edit his/her member profile and update the membership level to the paid one.

Also, if you are using eStore then you can use the “Manual/Offline Checkout” option of eStore to let them signup for a membership account.
