Manual payment gateway always on top of page

I’m trying to create the online manual payment page. I want to put text in at the top explaining the procedure, then have the form, then another line of text. It shows correctly in edit mode, but when I go to the page, the form is always on top, no matter what.

I’ve got manual checkout disabled at the moment trying to work out this procedure. (SOLVED) I’m also showing two copies of the form at the moment, but I saw where that was addressed already, so I’m going to find that post now and will hopefully have that problem solved.

Also…which file contains the form? I’d like to delete a couple of fields, but can’t find the form file.

And one final question: what actually happens to the information in the form? I’ve done a dry run with my admittedly crippled setup and all that page really seems to do is give the customer a chance to back out if ‘manual order’ isn’t really what he wants. I mean, the same email seems to be generated with the payment info. Which is pretty much what I wanted, but I certainly don’t need all that info if they’re going to be sending a check anyway.

I would recommend you to download a new copy of the eStore plugin. I added a small enhancement to the on page manual checkout form that should fix the following issue:

“Text messaged entered above the shortcode is showing below it”
