I have placed this shortcode onto a ‘manual checkout’ WP page: [wp_eStore_on_page_manual_gateway_form]. Here’s the page: [http://iso50001-help.com/manual-checkout-page/]

When the page appears, expected fields appear (name, address, etc.). When I click ‘submit’ it goes to my ‘Thank you’ page [http://iso50001-help.com/estore-products/congratulations/?eStore_manual_co_track_ga=1] and explains that the order is complete.

The screen to enter credit card information did not appear.

Manual checkout settings: All boxes are checked except for the affiliate program box. All fields are completed and the shortcode is here: [http://iso50001-help.com/manual-checkout-page/]

Return URL: [http://iso50001-help.com/estore-products/congratulations/] – After clicking ‘Submit’, the buyer ends up here, not on a payment page.

I have done this testing while being logged in as an Administrator. Would that cause this problem?

Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated!

I am not sure what you mean by “bypasses payment fields”. The manual checkout does not take credit cards. If your customer have credit cards then there is no reason to use the manual checkout as you can just use the online checkout.

FYI – It is a very insecure practice to take credit card number from a customer on a normal form that is not on a HTTPS page. Moreover you should not be storing credit card numbers in your server because if your server gets hacked then you are liable for all the credit card numbers that the hacker now have. This is why users use a Payment gateway like PayPal to take credit card payments.

With that said, if you must collect credit card number via the manual checkout form, you can instruct your customer to put the details in the “Additional Comment” field and you will get those details in an email. Let me know if that helps.
