Manual checkout form blank – Google Chrome

I have set up my site with your estore, emember and affiliate plugins, configured for manual checkout.

I am having an issue with the following process when using Google Chrome:

1. Customer adds items to the cart and presses ‘proceed to secure checkout’ button. I am using the cart in the sidebar widget.

2. I have selected ‘Customers must register to checkout via E member to complete a transaction’. If not logged in, they are redirected to a login or register page here with links to these options.

3. When I login, accept the terms and conditions and press the ‘proceed to secure checkout’ button, I get redirected to the page:

https://www.buy-silver.com.au/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_payment_submission.php

and then to:

https://www.buy-silver.com.au/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_manual_gateway.php

Often when using google chrome, once I get to this last manual checkout page to collect details, the page just loads a blank screen. If I go back and resubmit, the manual checkout form loads correctly with the product details inside.

Do you know what could be causing this?

That sounds like a plugin customization gone wrong. Have you done any modification to the plugin?

Tested today on three different machines and it is working correctly!!!???
