Hello and Good Morning! I recently enabled the “Manual Checkout” on the plugin, however, I am having difficulties when customers go to checkout with that option. Instead of showing the “secure checkout” button and taking them to the form, it only shows the PayPal button – even with “Manual” selected – which results in them being redirected to a PayPal checkout.
Please let me know what additional information I can provide you to help remedy this issue.
Thank you!
Did you check off both the “Use Multiple Payment Gateways” **and** the “Use Manual Payment Option” boxes?
Yes, both are checked.
Hi, Can you please post a link to the page where this is happening so we can take a look at what is happening?

Seems like the JQuery is messed up on that page. Can you please do this testing and let me know your finding:
What version of eStore are you using?
Good Morning. Using Version 4.2.6. I will apologize in advance for my ignorance, but I do not know how to turn off the theme. A programmer put the site together and customized everything and I am afraid that I will do more damage than good. Could I give you the login? Would that be acceptable? Also, MailChimp is installed, but it is not activated. Thank you for your help!
Hi, I will send you a site access request via email. This way we can do the testing for you Please let me know if you do not get this email.
Great, thank you! Got it and submitted!
Your theme has JQuery issues. Switching to the WordPress default theme works fine.

Anyway, I have unchecked the “Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout” settings and it takes to the correct gateway when you click the checkout button. Now you can replace the individual “paypal” and “manual” checkout button images with a simple checkout button so it’s same for both of them. This way even though the the image switching doesn’t work the customer wont’ get confused as they just have to click the button labeled “checkout”.
