MemberAmoin,
I have implemented the TTC Price tweak from another post, and that is working fine for the sale of products.
However, I also want to use eStore to show that people can make donations for our fundraising/charity appeals (see http://www.samuelmorrisfoundation.org.au/about-us/fundraising-appeals/annelies-appeal/ as an example), obviously there is no GST on a donation.
This requirement raises two questions
1, on a product by product basis how can I change the default text “your price” to indicate “your donation amount” to allow us to use this to elicit donations for our appeals? and;
2. I have adjusted the tax rate for this specific product (example link above) to 0% to reflect that there is no GST on a donation but this is causing an issue in the checkout part of the process. Say I enter a $20 Donation at the checkout point it shows the product price as $22.00 (assuming it is adding in the tax rate because of the TTC Price tweak) but then shows a correct total of $20.
Thanks

ParticipantI see the issue

I have updated eStore slightly to fix this issue. So, step 1 get a new build of eStore from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
Then step 2, apply this change again (I have updated the code slightly to handle your situation):
Let me know how that goes.

MemberThanks Amin,
That has resolved the issue regarding the display of the price in the cart.
Is it possible to change the “your price” text to “your donation amount’ ?

ParticipantYeah you can customize any text/messages visible to your customers. This post will explain more:
