Manage Payouts: Pending amount showing "-0.01"

Hi,

We have had this set up and running fine for a client for the last months or so.

But suddently this problen has occured for two new clients:

One affiliates’s Pending Amount shows “-0.01” when it should be 5.40

The second affilate’s Pending Amount shows “0.00” and it should show 21.29

ALl other clients are working fine, and the sales for these above affiiates shows fine when viewing Sales Data, just not when searching on the Manage payouts section for each individual affiliate.

To me it looks like some transactions were refunded. Remember, when you issue a refund the plugin reverses the commission for those transactions too.

If you don’t want this to happen then there is an option in the settings to turn this off. Look for the “Use Automatic Commission Reversal” field in the settings menu of the affiliate plugin.

Thanks for the reply, none of the sales were refunded for either of these affiliates.

Is there anything else it could be?

I will have to take a look at your site… I sent you an email.

Turned out that the admin made a payout earlier that month and forgot about that. Looking at the “Payouts History” cleared it up.
