Manage Contect Protection Not Working Properly

Hi There… I tried to set my protections using the ‘manage content protection’ page in firefox & IE, but the list of my pages/posts/comments/etc is NOT showing at all. Based on the video tutorial, I think a list of my content is supposed to show for the General Protection section as well as the memberships I create. Everything else is working fine until I hit this roadblock. I can’t continue until this is corrected, so any help will be greatly appreciated!

This shouldn’t be hard to fix.

What version of eMember are you using? Do you happen to know the PHP version that you are using on your server?

Hello,

It shows my version of WP emember is v5.2.3.

As far as the PHP version on my server.. I’m a little confused…. can you tell me where I can find that info for you?

I have a very small plugin that will tell you all your PHP and MySQL related info. All you have to do is upload and activate this plugin then access it from the settings menu and it will print the PHP info of your server. Look for the PHP version and let us know.

I have the same issue with page listings not showing. I am using eMeber ver. 5.8.3 and PHP 5.x
