How Do I Make wpemember compatible with wp-unique plugin?
Thanks,
What is the actual problem with the plugin (What function does not work when the other plugin is active)?
The forms won’t work if wp unique is actvated.
When I insert the form short code on a page it just shows the [wp_eMember_login_form:end] code and no form.
Also, you really need to fix your “forum membership login”.
When I log in it doesn’t show that I’m logged in on that page. I have to go to another page in the forum before I can see that I’m logged in.
This plugin changes duplicate content to make it unique including shortcodes. This makes it so the shortcode is no longer recognized as a shortcode and it is not filtered properly. The proper behavior of this plugin (since it a WordPress plugin) would be to recognize WordPress shortcode and leave that out of it’s algorithm.
Regarding forum membership login issue… if you clear your browser cookie it should get fixed. This forum uses a standard installation of BBPress which is created by Auttomattic (the same guys that developed WordPress). I am waiting for their next release which is suppose to fix this intermittent bug for good.
