Hello …
I’m not an eMember customer yet, but will be soon!
My question is about integrating eMember with eStore. Right now I have a long list of customers, all of whom are in the eStore database table. I will want to provide a basic membership level to anyone who purchases a product in the eStore so that they can access the tech support forum.
How do I “import” all the existing customers from the eStore into this basic membership level, thereby making all of my customers basic members?
Also, perhaps this is a basic question, but when a customer purchases a product in the eStore, and assuming I assign a basic membership level to this purchase as well, then will I need to somehow supply their membership information … or will they need to register with a username and password (yet not be charged since it would be included with a product purchase).
Thanks for your pre-customer service/support
Chris
