Hi,
I’m using wp_eStore and struggling to make the squeeze box autoresponder function work with MailChimp
Emails are being sent to my test account email, however the name is not appearing on the Mailchimp list and I am not receiving any emails from Mailchimp to confirm my email address either.
Here is my log file

July 16, 2012 at 6:42 pm #47344blesidMemberDespite this showing as a success, nothing has been added to the list in mailchimp and no emails have been received to the test addresses asking to confirm subscription.
July 17, 2012 at 12:38 am #47345adminKeymasterIt looks like you don’t have the MailChimp integration option enabled. Please go to the autoresponder settings and make sure you have the following option checked and saved:
Use MailChimp AutoResponder
July 17, 2012 at 11:13 am #47346blesidMemberThat was the first thing I did check. It is saved and has been all along. I have even tried un-checking it, saving the options, then selecting again and resaving.
I purchased this estore specifically for the ability for it to interact with MailChimp for squeeze form use.
July 17, 2012 at 11:28 am #47347blesidMemberDO I need to have Global MailChimp Integration: selected?
I don’t want to subscribe all users, just those who sign up for the free mp3 download.
July 17, 2012 at 11:14 pm #47348adminKeymasterNo, you do not need to have the Global option. You should be able to do what you are trying to do. I have sent you an email to get site access so I can check out the settings and see why it is not working.
July 19, 2012 at 1:45 am #47349adminKeymasterTurned out that there was a little setup mistake which is why it wasn’t working. You missed the following help text under the “Global MailChimp Integration” field:
If you want to selectively signup customers on a per product basis then use the Autoresponder settings of that product.
Since you are using a per product signup, you needed to specify your list name under the product in question (you didn’t do this). Edit the product and look under the “Autoresponder Settings” section to specify the list name. That will correct the mistake.
