Hi,
I have attempted to integrate with Mailchimp to auto-add customers to a list. I have copied and pasted the required fields directly from Mailchimp but it is not working so far.
Are you able to take a look at this with me please? Awesome plugin by the way – paid for in one sale… Thanks!
Did you double check the mailchimp username and password? If they are wrong then mailchimp won’t listen to eStore’s request to add the contact to the list.
Yep, double and triple checked all fields which is why I am confused that it is not working.
One more thing… does the list that you are using have any mandatory fields that must be provided at subscription time? By default the only mandatory field is email but have you changed it and added more mandatory field for this list?
Email is the only required field selected.
