Hi,
When a customer bought product, administrator don’t receive mail ?
(I checked option :Send Emails to Buyer After Purchase)
Could you help me ?

Can you please do a test transaction with the debug enabled and share the content of the
ipn_handle_debug.log
andeStore_post_payment_debug.log

I realised my problem is bigger than i thought :
-> [02/25/2011 11:50 AM] – Advisory : Log file reset.
is the only message in log file (but i ‘ve already seen transaction flow in this file.
-> i did lot of tests but, lot of transaction but in the customer panel nothing appears.
Maybe the last version of pluggin ?
->saler don’t receive mail
->buyer don’t receive mail
->transaction doesn’t appear in the customers panel
Total Number of Products : 6
Total Number of Coupons : 1
Number of Item Sales : 0
Total Sales Amount : 0.00 EUR
Refund Issued : 0 Transactions
Total Refund Amount : 0.00 EUR
Net Sales Amount : 0 EUR
-> thank you page working for dowloadable product
-> thank you page work for member but the subscription doesn’t working/

whith your tutorials I found my error.
I changed my “thank you page”.
( … and All transaction after this changement didn’t track).
Because : I changed url in estore setting panel, but not switch it in paypal configuration account…

July 15, 2017 at 9:52 pm #29466wzpModeratorYou can use the same email address. However, if the admin uses an email address that is not of the same domain as the eStore domain; you “might” encounter SMTP issues, due to hosting restrictions.

Buy now buttons work on its own. No cart widget is necessary for it.
